David & Christy Vess have launched Freedom Real Estate & Auction LLC, bringing years of successful business ownership and real estate investment experience to serve clients throughout Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee & Virginia.
"Eliminate the Stress, Embrace the Sale" isn't just for the seller. Even though we work solely for the seller, our goal is to make the buying experience stress-free as well. Our goal in starting this new company was to do just that - "us included."
David serves on several boards where teamwork and communication are key, principles he believes in wholeheartedly. David received his CES (Certified Estate Specialist) in December 2024 and will earn one of the highest designations, CAI (Certified Auction Institute), in April 2026. This has taken considerable time and investment, but it's well worth the sacrifice.
