Alan Gastler
Auctioneer & Real Estate Professional

Alan Gastler built his career in environments where clarity, trust, and decisive action are not optional.

For nearly 25 years, Alan served as a first responder in public safety while simultaneously building his real estate and auctioneering career, which began in 2014. Rather than transitioning from one profession to another, he developed both at the same time—balancing high-stakes emergency response with the demands of real estate transactions and asset sales. That parallel experience shaped the way he works today.

The skills required in public safety—remaining calm under pressure, communicating clearly, managing complex situations, and earning trust in difficult moments—translate directly into Alan’s approach to auctions and real estate. Many clients come to an auction or property sale during times of transition, stress, or uncertainty, and Alan understands the weight of those moments. His role is to bring structure, transparency, and forward momentum when it matters most.

As a licensed auctioneer and real estate professional, Alan specializes in the strategic sale of both personal and real property. He is known for his hands-on involvement, clear expectations, and disciplined process designed to deliver certainty, speed, and relief for clients and professional partners alike.

Alan is an active member of the Alabama Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association and holds the designations of Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) and Certified Estate Specialist (CES)—credentials that reflect a commitment to professionalism, ethics, and continued education.

At the core of Alan’s work is service. Whether responding to an emergency or guiding a client through an auction or sale, he approaches every responsibility with the same mindset: do the job right, respect the people involved, and honor the trust placed in him.
